Administration & Dosage

• Typically one 100 mg sachet, taken 15–30 minutes before sexual activity, up to 4 hours prior if needed.

• Squeeze jelly directly into the mouth—no water needed.

• Only one dose in 24 hours. Start with 50 mg or 25 mg for new users, if advised by a doctor.

• Heavy meals, alcohol, or grapefruit may delay absorption or increase side‑effects.

Common Side Effects

• Headache, flushing, indigestion, dizziness, nasal congestion, blurred vision

• Nausea, diarrhea, muscle aches, fatigue, dry mouth

Precautions & Contraindications
